This page gathers the rules you meet most often, in the order you meet them. It is a summary. The full terms, the bonus rules and the wording published with each offer are accepted at registration, and they take precedence wherever they differ from anything written here.
Who may hold an account
Only adults aged 18 or over, one profile to a person. The name, date of birth and address on the account must match the documents used for the account check, and the payment details must carry the same name. A duplicate profile is closed and any bonus on it removed.
Bonuses and wagering
Every bonus carries 35x wagering on the bonus amount. The largest bet allowed while one is live is £5 a round, and the most that can be withdrawn from bonus funds is £2,000. Buying a feature or a bonus round with bonus money is not permitted. Cash is spent before bonus money, a bonus falling below £0.10 is cleared away, and requesting a withdrawal cancels any bonus still unused. Slots contribute in full, live game shows 20%, and blackjack, roulette and baccarat 10%.
Deposits, withdrawals and caps
Deposits start at £20 and withdrawals at £25. Payouts are capped at £4,000 a day, £10,000 a week and £20,000 a month. Cumulative casino profit inside a rolling 72-hour window is capped by account classification, and anything above the applicable figure may be voided.
